Q - Do you charge to do an evaluation 

A - No, we offer a free, no obligation consultation and evaluation

Q - Are the caregivers monitored 

A - Every caregiver is required to complete and submit a daily report which summarizes the visit (Vitals, events, chores). Management do at least one shift a week at each home to ensure our levels of service are maintained

Q- How is a caregiver introduced to my parents

A - Management initially carry out the first couple of visits, once your parent is comfortable with the routine a caregiver shadows management to ensure all aspects of the care are handed over correctly. A brief for each activity is generated which lays out your parents preferences (I.e how they prefer to be bathed) and this is kept in the file for all caregivers to read.

Q - What happens if the assigned caregiver cannot make the schedule

A - We have NEVER called a client to tell them a caregiver cannot make it to a visit, we shuffle schedules around to ensure all commitments are met

Q - Are there any additional costs for companionship or care

A - No, our quoted hourly rate is all inclusive.

Q - What are the payment terms

A- Our payment terms are weekly, we do not require a deposit

 

Q What happens if my parents do not get on with the caregiver

A - We assess the situation and if it is not repairable we assign a new caregiver immediately at no additional cost to your parents

Q - Is management available 24 Hours to handle problems

A - Yes
